Kristen Kirby
Nurse Practitioner Injector
Kristen is a dynamic force behind our aesthetics and injecting services at Culver Plastic Surgery. With over 4 years of experience and a board certification, Kristen is passionate about delivering natural-looking results that leave her clients feeling like the best version of themselves. Her mission is to tailor injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skincare to suit the unique needs of each client. Whether it’s smoothing out wrinkles with Botox, adding volume with dermal fillers, rejuvenating with SkinPen microneedling, or revitalizing with Sciton BBL photofacials and Moxi laser treatments, Kristen’s expertise ensures her clients leave feeling confident and refreshed.
Born and raised in Dallas, Kristen holds a Master of Science from Texas Woman’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, and even a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. Before aesthetics, Kristen spent 5 years as a Registered Nurse in the ICU and heart and vascular hospital settings, bringing a wealth of medical knowledge and expertise to her current role.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristen is a proud mom to three young children – two boys and a girl – always keeping her on her toes. Outside of work Kristen enjoys taking Pilates classes and dinners with her family. Kristen’s favorite treatments are Botox, lip filler, and BBL photofacials.
Alyson Graham
Patient Care Coordinator
Alyson is a Registered Nurse with 4 years of nursing experience, now mastering her nursing role at Culver Plastic Surgery. Her dedication ensures a smooth and positive experience for every plastic surgery patient. With a warm and empathetic approach, Alyson guides patients through every step of their journey, from initial consultation to post-operative care.
Born and raised in Louisiana, Alyson earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University and her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College. Currently pursuing her Master of Science from Texas Woman’s University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, Alyson is committed to furthering her education in the aesthetic world.
Outside of work, Alyson enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, walking her Goldendoodle, and cheering on the LSU Tigers at every sporting event. Alyson’s favorite treatments offered at CPS are SkinPen, Dysport, and skincare.
Kaitlin Skelly
Nurse
Kaitlin is a Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience in healthcare, currently thriving as a Nurse at Culver Plastic Surgery alongside her colleague, Alyson. In this role, Kaitlin works diligently to ensure that each patient receives exceptional care and personalized attention throughout their entire plastic surgery journey. With a background in Cardiac ICU nursing and a passion for aesthetic care, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to every patient interaction.
A proud Baylor University graduate,Kaitlin earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She transitioned to the world of plastic surgery in 2023, joining the team at UTSW where she had the privilege of working with Alyson and Dr. Culver. Together, they form a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an outstanding patient experience, from initial consultation to post-operative care.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys traveling, staying active with Pilates, Barry’s Bootcamp, and yoga, and exploring the vibrant Dallas food scene. With her love for adventure and commitment to staying fit, she brings an energetic and balanced approach to both her personal and professional life.
English Prohaska
Social Media/Marketing Coordinator
English serves as our Marketing Coordinator at Culver Plastic Surgery. Originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, English graduated in May of 2024 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. She majored in Marketing with a minor in International Business before returning to Dallas for work.
As our Marketing Coordinator, English brings creativity and dedication to creating and posting content on our social media sites, including Instagram and TikTok. She also oversees and manages our email marketing and communications. Her goal is to build authentic connections with our clients and audience, fostering a sense of community and trust while guiding the brand’s narrative towards meaningful engagement and lasting impact.
Outside of the office, English enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking professional dance classes, and traveling. One of her most memorable experiences was studying abroad in the United Arab Emirates, where she participated in finance and management courses for a summer term.
Diana Noris
Patient Care Coordinator
Diana serves as our Patient Care Coordinator at Culver Plastic Surgery, bringing with her a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry. Originally from Mexico, Diana ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient at Culver Plastic Surgery with her warm demeanor and attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Diana’s ability to connect with a diverse range of clients enhances her role and allows her to create a comfortable atmosphere for all. With a deep passion for aesthetics, Diana is committed to delivering exceptional service, helping patients feel valued and cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Diana loves spending time with her husband and son, indulging in her love for reading, and exploring new shopping trends.
