Face and necklift with upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer

Our patient presented with concerns of facial and periorbital aging, including fullness of the upper eyelids, heaviness of the lower face, and laxity of the neck. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a comprehensive facial rejuvenation plan including bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, an extended deep plane facelift, and a neck lift to restore youthful contours. Fat transfer to the face was performed to replenish volume, and buccal fat excision was completed to further refine the lower face. She has healed beautifully and is thrilled with her refreshed, natural-looking results.
