Extended abdominoplasty after weight loss

Our patient presented with a history of significant weight loss and desired improvement in her trunk contour. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with an extended abdominoplasty with rectus plication (muscle tightening) to address excess skin and restore a more contoured abdominal profile. She has healed beautifully and is very pleased with her smoother, more defined results.
