Circumferential trunk liposuction and extended abdominoplasty

Our patient presented with excess skin and flank fullness following weight loss and desired improved contour through her trunk. After discussing her goals, we decided together on trunk contouring with liposuction combined with an extended abdominoplasty to address excess tissue and create a smooth, more balanced silhouette. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her results.
