Breast reduction with lateral chest liposuction

Our patient desired a breast reduction to help with her heavy breasts, neck and back pain, as well as shoulder grooving. After discussing her goals, we decided on a bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest liposuction. She healed wonderfully and required no narcotic pain medication post op. At 3 months after surgery she is feeling great, loving her lighter and more narrow breasts, and has significant improvement in her back and neck pain.
