Breast reduction and abdominoplasty

Our patient presented with a history of large breasts and significant skin excess following weight loss. She desired improved comfort, proportion, and contour of both her breasts and abdomen. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a bilateral breast reduction to alleviate symptoms and improve balance, along with removal of excess abdominal skin with an abdominoplasty to restore a smoother, more contoured midsection. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her transformation.
