Breast lift with implants and inverted nipple repair

Our patient presented with a history of small, low breasts and inverted nipples, and desired improved volume, lifting, and nipple projection. We proceeded with an augmentation mastopexy to enhance fullness and restore a more youthful breast contour and nipple repair. Motiva ergonomic mini projection 230 cc implants were placed in the subfascial plane to achieve natural, balanced volume. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her refreshed, lifted results.
