Breast lift with implants

After breastfeeding three children, our patient desired smaller, lifted breasts with improved upper pole fullness to better balance her frame. Together we decided on a bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy using a submuscular implant. Natrelle moderate projection 210cc implants were placed to achieve a lifted, proportionate shape.
