Breast lift with implants

Our patient presented with concerns of breast deflation and low breast position, desiring a lifted shape with improved upper pole fullness. After discussing her goals, we decided together on a breast augmentation with mastopexy. Motiva ergonomix mini 205cc implants were placed bilaterally in the subfascial plane to restore volume and create a natural, balanced contour. A small reduction was also performed to optimize shape and symmetry. She is very pleased with her refreshed contour and enhanced fullness.
