Breast implant exchange with lift and circumferential trunk liposuction with abdominoplasty

Our patient presented with a history of multiple pregnancies, prior breast implants, and low-positioned breasts, and was seeking comprehensive body and breast rejuvenation. After a detailed discussion of her goals, we decided on circumferential trunk contouring with liposuction and an abdominoplasty to enhance her waistline and abdominal contour. A small-volume fat transfer to the buttocks was performed to improve flattening and address hip dips. To restore breast shape and volume, we performed a breast implant exchange with upsizing and a mastopexy, placing Natrelle cohesive gel, full profile 485 cc implants supported with GalaFLEX for added internal support. She has healed beautifully and is thrilled with her rejuvenation!
