Breast implant exchange with lift

Our patient presented with low-positioned breasts and a history of prior breast augmentation, including a rupture of her left implant. After discussing her goals, we decided on implant exchange with a breast lift to restore shape, symmetry, and support. She chose Motiva round gel, demi projection, 380 mL implants to achieve her ideal fullness and upper pole contour. She has healed beautifully and is so happy with her refreshed, lifted result!
