Breast augmentation with fat transfer and implants, abdominoplasty

Our patient presented with excess abdominal skin and rectus diastasis. She desired breast enhancement and overall improvement in her abdominal contour. After discussing her goals, we proceeded with a comprehensive approach including breast augmentation using Motiva ERSM 170cc implants placed in the subfascial plane, along with fat transfer to the breasts to enhance shape and fullness. Liposuction of the outer thighs was performed to refine contour and harvest fat for grafting. An abdominoplasty with rectus plication (muscle tightening) was also completed to address excess skin and improve core contour. She is healing beautifully and is very pleased with her balanced, sculpted results.
