Our patient presented desiring a subtle breast enhancement and improvement in her trunk contour. Together we decided on Natrelle soft touch 250 cc low plus profile implants placed under the muscle via a 3cm incision in her breast fold. We also performed circumferential trunk liposuction and traditional abdominoplasty. She is feeling strong and rejuvenated, has healed beautifully, and required no narcotic pain medications throughout her recovery.
